                Delivery costs (standard delivery parcel delivery):

                1) EU 1: Orders with delivery address in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands and Great Britain will be sent free of charge with standard parcel shipment including track & trace number.

                2) EU 2: For orders with delivery address in the following countries we charge 9.90 Euros (excl. VAT) for standard parcel shipment including track & trace number:

                • Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Croatia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece and Romania.

                Logistics partners:

                Most standard deliveries are delivered by DPD. Most express deliveries are delivered by TNT, DPD, UPS or DHL.

                Delivery Options:

                Currently we can not offer deliveries to mailbox addresses, collection points, packing stations.

                Delivery destination:

                The delivery of our products can only be made within EU countries.

                Shipment Status:

                The shipping confirmation includes a shipment tracking number. You can see the status on the website of our logistics partner.

                Order not received:

                Please check the following points first:

                1. Check the delivery address on the order confirmation.
                2. Is the address correct?
                3. Check the shipment tracking number. These can be found in the shipping confirmation. Our logistics partner undertakes a maximum of two delivery attempts. (valid for deliveries within Germany) If the order can not be delivered, it will be transported back to the depot. You will then receive a notification and have to pick up the order there yourself.
                4. The delivery takes place in metropolitan areas within the regular running time during the day during the usual business hours. The pick up and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
                5. Our shipping service includes a transport insurance of up to € 520.

                Payment by bank transfer

                If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive all necessary payment information along with the order confirmation. Please do not forget to enter the order number mentioned by us in your bank transfer. We can not process your order until your payment has arrived on our account.

                Payment failed / refused

                Please check first, if the payment has not been deducted from your account. If this is not the case, make sure that you have entered all the data correctly.
