Eine Inanspruchnahme der Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass dem Garantiegeber die Prüfung des Garantiefalls durch Einschicken der Ware ermöglicht wird. Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dass Beschädigungen auf dem Transportweg durch eine entsprechende Verpackung vermieden werden.
Sofern es sich um einen berechtigten Garantieanspruch handelt, erfolgt die Garantieabwicklung für Sie frachtfrei. Eventuell von Ihnen verauslagte Versandkosten werden dann durch den Garantiegeber erstattet.
Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte gegen uns aus dem mit uns geschlossenen Kaufvertrag werden von diesem Garantieversprechen in keiner Weise eingeschränkt. Insbesondere etwaig bestehende gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrechte uns gegenüber bleiben von diesem Garantieversprechen unberührt.
Warranty terms and conditions:
The manufacturer (SVIV GmbH) grants a 3-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for the calculation of the guarantee period begins with the invoice date. The warranty of the manufacturer extends spatially to the Land of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as a guarantor under the warranty, grants one of the following services of his choice:
- Free repair of the goods or
- Free replacement of the goods against an equivalent article (possibly also a successor model, if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods by
- Abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Non-compliance with the operating instructions
- use of force (eg blow, shock, case)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear
Claiming the guarantee requires that the guarantor be able to check the warranty claim by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that damage during transport through appropriate packaging is avoided.
To apply for the guarantee you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the consignment. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer can refuse the warranty without settling this invoice copy. The transmission of the invoice copy is used to calculate the warranty period.
Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller, if this does not result from the attached invoice copy. If it concerns a justified warranty claim, the guarantee processing takes place for you freight-free. Any shipping costs incurred by you will then be reimbursed by the guarantor.
Note: Your statutory rights against us under the purchase agreement concluded with us are in no way limited by this guarantee. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights to us remain unaffected by this warranty.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore in any case to us under the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty claim exists or the guarantee is claimed.
We grant a dealer warranty for the offered product.
In addition to the statutory rights you are entitled to, we grant you a 2-year warranty on the goods advertised with the warranty promise. The period for the calculation of the warranty period begins with the invoice date. Our guarantee covers the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period in the goods purchased by you, we will provide you with one of the following services of our choice within the scope of the guarantee:
free repair of the goods or
free exchange of the goods against an equivalent item (if necessary also a successor model, if the original item is no longer available)

To make a claim under the guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the consignment. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse the warranty service without enclosing this copy of the invoice. The sending of the invoice copy serves to calculate the warranty period.
If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty processing will be carried out for you carriage paid. We will then reimburse any shipping costs you may have incurred.
